RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Items may be returned for a refund. Returns must be received within 15 days of your order's delivery date. To submit a return request, please email us at lazychickclothing@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return request.

• Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to process. If you do not receive email confirmation, please send us an email at lazychickclothing@gmail.com.
• Please include your order number on or inside the package. Your order number can be found in your email confirmation.
• Please mail your item back with care. 
• Once your return is accepted, we will immediately process a refund. The time it takes to receive your credit card refund depends on your bank, which can take up to 30 days.

We do not issue return labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our sanitary requirements. Items must be returned to us in new condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with no stains of any kind and the tags must be attached. If there are any signs of wear or stains (makeup, deodorant, tanning products, etc.) the item will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order.
